The place was spotlessly clean and stylish, it had helpful staff at the reception desk. We had early check-in on arrival. Moreover, we parked nearby.

The venue is fabulous, fairly clean and the location is unbeatable not far from the cable car and the center of the city and mall. The staff are AMIABLE, and there is a cosy reception to relax in.

Everything was brand-new, liked our such great stay. Immaculate & well-appointed unit with ironing board, very good WiFi, for example. The location was best possible, at a short distance from Year Up.

Loved how brand-new the property was. Very central location so close to a ten minute walk to the business district as well as Union Square, it was in a very nice area. Also, Market Street was at a short distance. They offered us outstanding meals, had lots of options to choose from. Fast check in and in general good service.

Our stay here was comfortable, perfect place for exploring San Francisco. We had a good sized bedroom. Its location was very central, a short walk to an upscale urban Shopping mall.

Incredibly friendly staff & convenient location. Great view, a great balcony, big bed, too. Enjoyed the indoor restaurant. A short walk to the good beach. And it was next to a cable car station. Good basic hotel, impeccable service.

A nice choice while travelling to San Francisco. The bed was large and room was well airconditioned & modern looking. All staff was highly professional! The service offered was unparalleled too. We loved the Italian cuisine in the restaurant.

Such an extra special experience. The whole place was spotless, I liked it, and had impressive staff and location. The best part was the incredibly beautiful view of the sea. With automated check-in and late check-out, this hotel was personalized.

Location was cool, staff was willing to help. It was nice having Wi-Fi, TV set and air conditioning. Downtown San Francisco district was worth exploring. I liked attached restaurants around. A kind of brilliant service. Pretty much what I expected: impressive hotel, reasonably priced.

Great experience there. Truly enjoyed the way our premium queen room was arranged. Hotel's valet is one of the top employees! The location is close enough to boutiques and a market. Our bonus points for Powell Street subway station, located a short way from the venue.

The staff was helpful and the bed was comfy. Rooms are large and very clean with climate control, cable channels and ironing facilities. Moreover, it had parking nearby. The accommodation had a central location. And it's about 5 minutes' walk from a history museum.

It was nice to have a store in the lobby. There are rooms for any tourist. This hotel is equal to 4 stars...

we went to puccini & pinetti for dinner, it was only 500 feet away and we were satisfied. polite staff, answered all questions. the room was big and met needs. the westfield san francisco centre is an 5-minute stroll from the hotel.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like The Cheesecake Factory that was only 10 minutes' walk away. San Francisco is worth vacation, civic center subway station is 15 minutes walk for better exploring
